Meet the Founder
Joe Richey is a business and technology advisor specializing in program management, enterprise transformation, operational strategy, and organizational change. As Founder of Elevate Advisory Group, LLC, he works with organizations to improve execution, modernize systems, and align strategy with measurable business outcomes.
Joe’s professional experience spans through management consulting roles with IBM and Accenture, where he led teams contributing to large-scale transformation initiatives and enterprise programs. He would go onto serve in senior program management roles for both Red Hat and Johnson & Johnson before eventually founding Elevate.
Over the years, he has led projects involving technology implementation, operational improvement, governance structures, business process redesign, and strategic change management. His experience spans both executive-level strategy and the day-to-day operational leadership required to successfully deliver complex initiatives.
Joe is known for bringing structure, accountability, and practical leadership to transformation efforts that often involve competing priorities and organizational complexity. He lives in Raleigh, North Carolina and enjoys the outdoors, golfing, and volunteering in his community to support various causes.
